LCNZ Trust Board report to Synod
Lutheran Church of New Zealand Trust Board
The last synodical term has not seen any property transactions that sit under the responsibility of the Trust Board: therefore, it has been a quiet two years.
One matter that has been outstanding for several years is the lack of a copy of the LCNZ Trust Board Constitution. This is required as the Trust is a separate Charity. The Trust Board will be discussing a replacement constitution with Tomlinson Law in the next synodical period.
