When was the last time your local congregation constitution was updated?
Does your current version include the changes from the LCA Synods held in October 2024 and October 2025? What about changes from the LCNZ Constitution updates in 2025?
Does your current version reflect your current situation … membership? ministry teams? leadership team? financial situation?
If you need an amended and updated constitution, please call Debbie at the LCNZ National Office on 021 223 2743 and we can work together to get a new constitution and by-laws for you to use to prepare updated governance documents which can then be approved by your congregation and filed with Charities Services.
