LCNZ Parish or Congregation Church Councils (through the Chairperson) or Council of Synod members may request items to be placed on the agenda of a meeting.  The request should be sent to the Chairperson (Andy Marr; andrew.marr@lca.org.au ), the Bishop (Robert Bartholomaeus; bishop@lutheran.org.nz ), and the District Administrator (Debbie Venz; debbie.venz@lutheran.org.nz ).  Completed documentation must be provided 10 days prior to the meeting.
